I spent eleven years in academia, doing a PhD at the University of Zurich, Switzerland, and a Bachelor’s & Master’s degree before that at the Free University of Bolzano, Italy. While I’ve now ventured into the corporate sector, I still look back fondly at this time. Back then, I was involved in a number of interesting research projects.
